The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving new customer acquisition and managing the full sales cycle within the West Coast territory. This role involves building strategic relationships with district leadership and positioning Otus as a long-term partner to improve educational outcomes.
You will own complex technical problems from design through deployment while collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable software solutions. Additionally, you will foster an engineering culture through code reviews, technical guidance, and continuous improvement of production systems.
Manage a portfolio of K-12 districts to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and revenue growth. Act as a strategic partner to ensure clients receive maximum value from the Otus platform through consultative support and business reviews.
