Manage the utility-scale solar and energy storage interconnection pipeline across the US, coordinating with internal grid analysis teams and external consultants. The role involves developing transmission strategies, ensuring tariff compliance, and representing company interests at ISOs and RTOs.

The Director will lead project development efforts in the ERCOT market, focusing on executing near-term projects and driving pipeline growth for utility-scale solar and energy storage. Responsibilities include managing permitting, interconnection applications, land acquisition, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

This role supports the origination and execution of data center infrastructure and utility-scale solar projects across the full development lifecycle, from site origination through land control, entitlements, permitting, and infrastructure readiness. The primary objective is to drive pipeline growth and successful project execution across data center land development and utility-scale solar and energy storage.

The Origination Manager or Director will support and grow strategic relationships with various utilities and stakeholders while driving revenue through project origination and commercial negotiations. They will also identify new markets and products, ensuring projects are commercially viable.

The Director of Origination will identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the Central region, focusing on renewable energy. This role includes leading customer negotiations and developing customized proposals for prospective clients.

The Inverter Performance Engineer will provide expertise on inverter selection and performance for solar and energy storage projects. Key tasks include coordinating technical specifications, collaborating with supply chain teams, and monitoring inverter performance.
