Identify, research, and evaluate prospective donors to support fundraising efforts and grow philanthropic support. Partner with development officers to provide actionable intelligence and maintain the integrity of prospect data within the fundraising database.

Lead the strategic vision for an integrated prospect development program, focusing on identification, research, and portfolio management. Partner with senior leadership and the President's Office to drive fundraising excellence and align prospect strategy with institutional goals.
