The Account Executive is responsible for the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing of new-logo business. They will collaborate with internal teams to deliver consultative solutions to ophthalmology practices and ambulatory surgery centers.

The PM Success Coordinator oversees the end-to-end implementation, training, and support of practice management solutions for new and existing clients. They act as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction, process improvement, and effective software adoption.
