Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads to identify pain points and book qualified meetings for the sales team. Conduct research on decision-makers and utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.

The role involves setting up and managing the HubSpot CRM, including building pipelines, workflows, and reporting dashboards. The specialist will also handle data hygiene, API-connected workflows, and support marketing and sales operations.

You will design and build full-stack systems from scratch while operating as an AI-native engineer to accelerate development. You will also collaborate with the founder and CTO to implement core product features and integrate new AI capabilities into the platform.
