The Global Regulatory Affairs Lead is responsible for defining and executing the global regulatory strategy to ensure market entry and compliance for microbial products. This role involves managing agency relationships, overseeing regional regulatory projects, and providing strategic guidance to R&D and business development teams.

The manager will lead regulatory strategy and product registration for microbial soil amendments across Europe, the UK, Turkey, and the Middle East. Additionally, they will oversee the implementation and quality assurance of field and nursery trial programs with various partners.

You will onboard clients to the Oath platform and execute audit procedures while validating AI-generated outputs for accuracy. Additionally, you will partner with engineering and product teams to refine AI models and build quality review frameworks.

You will build and ship AI-driven features and workflows while managing the product delivery cadence across engineering and design teams. Additionally, you will define product goals, run experimentation loops, and translate business requirements into actionable product bets.

Conduct comprehensive market research and sizing across various financial segments to identify high-growth opportunities. Perform customer discovery through interviews with financial executives to validate pricing and go-to-market assumptions.

Perform and manage financial statement audit procedures while collaborating with product teams to build and refine an AI-powered audit platform. The role involves reviewing AI outputs to identify gaps and translating audit expertise into improved AI workflows and product decisions.
