The role involves operationally coordinating a clinical research study on obesity interventions and designing a 6-week autonomy-supportive group coaching series. Additionally, the coordinator will deliver live virtual coaching sessions to participants and manage study documentation and data collection.

Design and govern Numan's Behavioural Programme, integrating science-backed frameworks across human coaching, AI, and digital touchpoints. Partner with product and clinical teams to implement behavioural interventions that drive patient outcomes in obesity and weight management.
