The Contract Analyst manages the relationship between the DSO and health plans, focusing on the negotiation and management of dental insurance contracts. They are responsible for modeling reimbursement rates, maintaining contract databases, and ensuring payment compliance.

The Director of Finance and Corporate Development will lead general corporate finance operations, including FP&A, budgeting, and treasury, in partnership with the CFO. They will also execute the company's M&A strategy, leading due diligence and deal execution to drive profitable growth.
