The Director leads the design and implementation of the assessment operating model, focusing on the modernization and digitization of the Uniform Bar Exam. They manage scalable production workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee relationships with external technology and service providers.
Provide high-level operational and administrative support to the Chief Product Officer, managing priorities, calendar coordination, meeting preparation, communications, decisions, and follow-through. Coordinate division-wide initiatives, dependencies, planning cycles, and tracking systems across Product teams to support effective operations.
The Associate Director oversees the development of assessment content, including items, forms, and grading materials, while ensuring compliance with professional testing standards. They collaborate with psychometric, operations, and IT teams to maintain the quality, fairness, and validity of assessment programs.
