The Senior Manager, Training Design leads the design, development, and continuous improvement of high-quality training for NAMI's National and State Trainers. They will also develop continuing education programs for NAMI's Program Leaders and ensure training content is engaging and aligned with organizational standards.

The Senior Data Engineer will architect and build the organization's data pipeline from the ground up, focusing on creating scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, canonical datasets, and data models to support reporting and data-informed decisions. This role involves implementing data quality checks, developing transformations using best practices, and configuring automated job runs via CI/CD.

The Manager leads the centralized Success Team, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries from State Organizations, Affiliates, and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent, high-quality Tier-1 support through structured intake and efficient escalation pathways. This role oversees daily support operations, manages service performance standards, and contributes to evolving the team toward a scalable support model.
