You will lead and scale a high-performing Customer Success team while serving as the executive relationship owner for strategic enterprise accounts. Additionally, you will implement scalable processes and playbooks to ensure consistent value delivery and drive retention and expansion across the customer base.

The Manager of Support & Education will lead customer support operations while developing scalable programs for education, self-service, and automation. They will also partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate customer feedback into meaningful product improvements.

The Implementation Manager is responsible for translating clinical trial requirements into fully configured system setups within the Mural Link platform. This role involves performing manual data entry, managing trial configurations, and ensuring accuracy while utilizing AI-assisted tools to streamline processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical trial participants and site coordinators to provide empathetic support and resolve inquiries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable support infrastructure, documentation, and feedback loops for product improvement.

This role is responsible for owning market positioning and client-facing content for new and existing product offerings, while leading the go-to-market execution for all product releases from strategy through internal enablement. The manager will also monitor the competitive landscape, synthesize insights, and build essential sales materials like pitch decks and talk tracks.
