The Account Manager is responsible for driving financial growth through new account development, client retention, and strategic account planning. This includes prospecting for new clients, negotiating deals, and collaborating with internal technical and marketing teams to meet customer needs.

Manage day-to-day relationships with Tier 4 customers to drive year-over-year sales growth. Act as the primary liaison between Customer Service, Production, Sales, and Graphics to ensure seamless account management.
