The Intake Specialist is responsible for processing new cases, collecting incident data via phone calls, and scheduling fact-gathering sessions. They also handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, electronic filing, and professional correspondence.

The Litigation Assistant supports Partner and Associate attorneys by managing electronic court filings, evidence, and discovery projects. They are also responsible for maintaining complex calendars, drafting correspondence, and handling case intake.

The Litigation Assistant will support Partner and Associate Attorneys in the litigation practice by preparing, organizing, indexing, developing, and managing relevant data, including electronic court filings and evidence. Responsibilities also include assisting with discovery projects, maintaining complex calendars, drafting correspondence, reviewing invoices, and coordinating travel.

Partners will provide legal counsel to organizations responding to data privacy and cybersecurity incidents, overseeing Associates in information gathering, expert engagement, compliance assurance, and regulatory communication. This role requires serving as the primary client contact throughout the investigation and participating in a rotating on-call schedule for crisis management support outside normal business hours.

The attorney will collaborate within a team environment to offer legal counsel to organizations responding to data privacy and cybersecurity incidents, which includes gathering necessary information and directing external experts. Responsibilities also involve communicating with regulatory bodies and law enforcement while advising clients throughout the investigation process.
