The Scheduler/Pre-Registrar is responsible for receiving phone calls and fax requests to schedule patients for outpatient tests. They must also complete pre-registration for scheduled patients and ensure valid provider orders are obtained.

The Occupational Health Technician handles regulatory and onboarding tasks, including drug testing and respirator fit testing. They also manage administrative duties such as electronic health record documentation and office traffic.
