You will manage a portfolio of approximately 200 client accounts in India, focusing on relationship building, renewals, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will scope and price customisation projects while coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
The Legal Counsel will draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and software license agreements while advising on data privacy and intellectual property matters. They will also support M&A activities and monitor compliance with cybersecurity laws across multiple jurisdictions.
