The Internal Auditor is responsible for conducting compliance and operational audits to ensure adherence to Medicaid, state, and federal regulations. They identify organizational risks, conduct investigations, and prepare detailed reports to drive continuous improvement and accountability.

The Service Facilitator will guide families through Medicaid waiver programs and manage plans of care for clients. They are responsible for conducting home visits and troubleshooting service authorizations and documentation.
