Mira Mace

The Regional Partnership Manager will build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers to drive patient referrals into the Mira Mace platform. This role involves training clinical staff on referral workflows and acting as the primary point of contact for partner sites within a specific metro market.

The Lead will own provider enrollment end-to-end across MA, Medicaid, and Original Medicare in multiple states, managing applications, follow-ups, and issue resolution. They are also responsible for leading credentialing strategy, navigating payer contracting, building operational playbooks, and troubleshooting enrollment problems.

The engineer will own major features end-to-end, from design discussions through production deployment, building across the full stack including frontend and backend components. They will also be responsible for instrumenting systems to learn from metrics and user feedback, shaping the foundation through architectural influence, and prioritizing security and ethics.
