You will own customer support for the APAC region, managing technical troubleshooting and pre-purchase inquiries while improving support processes and tooling. Additionally, you will build and maintain AI agents to handle repetitive tasks and act as a senior point of reference for the support team.

You will be responsible for full-stack development, including backend services, web applications, and API design. Additionally, you will manage DevOps tasks such as monitoring, deployments, and cluster configuration to ensure high system availability.
