Develop and manage channel partners to grow sales of Milestone video management software and network video appliances, including onboarding new partners and supporting existing resellers. Conduct software demonstrations and webinars, maintain partner relationships, document activities and opportunities in Salesforce, forecast sales, and collaborate with field sales to maximize regional revenue.
The Channel Business Manager will own and grow the channel sales strategy across Colorado and Wyoming by managing distribution and integration partners. They will act as a brand ambassador to influence end-user projects and ensure alignment with regional sales goals.
Lead the development of integrations between the VLM-as-a-service platform and Milestone XProtect, focusing on operator-facing features and backend APIs. Own the full software lifecycle from technical design and implementation to deployment and Level 2 production support.
