The IKM Lead is responsible for advancing organizational impact measurement, data integration, and knowledge generation to support decision-making and accountability. They will manage the Balanced Scorecard, synthesize evidence for reporting, and collaborate with teams to develop research and learning products.
The Regional Director provides strategic leadership and management to achieve regional priorities, identify growth opportunities, and support transformational initiatives. They are responsible for overseeing the implementation of programs, managing regional teams, and ensuring compliance with donor agreements and organizational policies.
The consultants will provide technical support for the implementation and monitoring of gender and social inclusion action plans within the RIZAO project. They will conduct gender analyses, facilitate community dialogues, and build the capacity of project partners and cooperatives.
