The specialist will lead organizational impact measurement, data integration, and the development of knowledge products to demonstrate MEDA's contributions to agri-food systems. They will also manage the Balanced Scorecard and produce quarterly performance reports for senior leadership and the Board.

Design and manage the internal communications operating system to align staff with the New Horizons 2030 strategy. Translate organizational priorities into clear narratives and manage internal channels to strengthen culture and performance.

The intern will support data management, analysis, and visualization to generate insights for the Mastercard Foundation Africa Growth Fund. Key tasks include creating dashboards, preparing PowerPoint reports, and assisting with indicator tracking and learning briefs.

The consultants will provide technical support for the implementation and monitoring of gender and social inclusion action plans within the RIZAO project. They will conduct gender analyses, facilitate community dialogues, and build the capacity of project partners and cooperatives.
