Collaborate with customers to build and deploy AI agent systems while translating real-world feedback into core framework improvements. You will be responsible for enhancing reliability, scaling, and performance primitives within the Mastra open-source framework.
You will identify and engage with developers using the Mastra framework to qualify sales opportunities and provide technical support. You will also translate user feedback into improved outreach strategies, product documentation, and system automations.
You will develop a deep understanding of the Mastra platform to improve user experience and build a robust design system in Figma. You will also collaborate with the product and front-end teams to ensure design consistency and explore the integration of AI tools into the design workflow.
