You will ship features, fixes, and improvements by working closely with founders and customers to solve high-impact problems. You will also guide AI agents to build software, review pull requests, and contribute to team planning and architecture.

You will develop a deep understanding of the Mastra platform to improve user experience and build a robust design system in Figma. You will also collaborate with the product and front-end teams to ensure design consistency and explore the integration of AI tools into the design workflow.
