They are responsible for managing appointment scheduling, service navigation, and resolving client inquiries while maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems.

The Hospital Maintenance Technician is responsible for identifying, managing, and performing facility and medical equipment repairs and preventive maintenance across hospital locations. They must also coordinate with contractors, manage inventory, and provide regular updates to field leaders regarding project status.

The HVAC Facilities Specialist will manage preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital projects for veterinary facilities to ensure 100% HVAC functionality. They will also collaborate with mechanical engineers on design specifications and manage outside vendors to ensure compliance and project completion.

The coordinator manages inbound and outbound calls to collect past due payments for Wellness Plans and hospital invoices. They are also responsible for resolving account discrepancies and assisting clients with general financial and micro-chipping inquiries.

Supervise a team of Hospital Maintenance Specialists, managing hiring, scheduling, and performance to ensure facility standards are met. Oversee regional repair projects, preventive maintenance, and contractor management for veterinary clinics.
