This role involves building and leading the Financial Crimes Operations function from the ground up, designing the operating model, workflows, and policies for AML and fraud investigations, and developing the investigations program including case management and quality standards. The manager will also drive strategic improvements to transaction monitoring, ensure regulatory excellence through SAR filing, and build a forward-looking vendor and tooling strategy.
