The Director of Organizational Development will lead key workstreams to build frameworks, processes, and tools that strengthen organizational effectiveness and change management capabilities. This role partners with senior leaders and HR business partners to design organizational structures and facilitate leadership alignment in a complex, global environment.

Lead a small analytics team to support retail labor planning, productivity reporting, and workforce management tools. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize store processes, manage payroll budgets, and provide data-driven operational insights.

Lead the Workforce Management track using ProWFM and integrate it with enterprise systems. Collaborate with product teams to develop applications that enhance consumer experiences and boost revenue.
