The Senior Project Manager will lead the Business-as-Usual Electric Project Delivery Team to ensure safe and efficient delivery of electrical infrastructure projects. They are responsible for managing budgets, overseeing technical documentation, and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships to ensure successful asset handovers.

Oversee the safe and efficient operation of electrical assets and manage on-site contractors to ensure compliance with standards. Responsible for monitoring contracts, achieving KPIs, and reporting operational performance to Director level.

Oversee the installation of potable water infrastructure, ensuring all projects meet design specifications, legislation, and industry best practices. Manage the full delivery phase including financial control, subcontractor management, and seamless asset handover to stakeholders.

Lead the delivery of potable water utility infrastructure projects and manage the Business-as-Usual (BAU) Water Project Delivery Team. Oversee post-sale delivery, financial controls, and asset handover while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Conduct on-site inspections of wastewater infrastructure to ensure installation meets adoptable standards and approved designs. Identify defects, oversee remediation, and maintain accurate electronic asset records.
