Design and develop quantitative models, trading algorithms, and backtesting frameworks for an AI-powered institutional trading platform. Collaborate with engineers and researchers to integrate trading infrastructure and optimize system performance and scalability.

The engineer will be responsible for designing and building knowledge graph pipelines, including schema design and query optimization, while integrating LLM APIs to enrich graph-based reasoning capabilities. This hands-on role involves delivering working software quickly by extracting meaningful knowledge from cloud infrastructure and IaC artifacts.

The role involves taking loosely defined business requirements and independently building working applications end-to-end, primarily by directing AI coding tools like Claude Code for development, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include scoping features, making architectural decisions regarding databases and frameworks, and ensuring the delivered software solves real business problems.

The role focuses on designing and deploying data infrastructure within AWS environments, concentrating on building Terraform-based deployments and automating data processing pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and validation.
