You will create a scalable design system for customer onboarding by building reusable templates and components in Figma. Additionally, you will execute on-off design requests for print and digital materials while documenting workflows for the creative team.
You will manage the end-to-end hardware supply chain, from procurement and vendor relationships to inventory forecasting and international logistics. Additionally, you will collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to qualify devices and oversee the deployment of hardware across customer sites.
You will own the end-to-end implementation of education customers, managing everything from contract signature to go-live and hypercare. This involves training catering staff, configuring the platform, and ensuring a smooth transition for schools and universities.
