The associate will manage operational logistics, including billing and CRM maintenance, while supporting the development and execution of educational programs. They will also foster connections between American Jewish constituencies and Arab civil society organizations in Israel.

The Senior Development Officer will serve as a front-line fundraiser, responsible for stewarding individual and foundation donors, deepening partnerships with Jewish Federations, and identifying major gift prospects to secure significant philanthropic investments, emphasizing five-, six-, and seven-figure commitments. Essential functions include proactively identifying, researching, engaging, and cultivating a pipeline of high-potential donors to meet fundraising goals for JDC’s priority programs.
