The Operations Specialist will manage daily client money reconciliations and process ISA transfers while ensuring regulatory compliance. They will also collaborate with internal teams and external counterparties to resolve exceptions and improve operational processes.
Own end-to-end design work within the Growth stream, from initial framing to build-ready delivery. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to clarify requirements, minimize rework, and ensure high-quality, data-informed design outputs.
