Lead the end-to-end delivery, commissioning, and startup of SCADA and communications infrastructure for renewable energy projects. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure system configurations meet operational and grid requirements while maintaining NERC compliance.

Lead the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects including wind, solar, storage, and geothermal in the California market. Manage the full project lifecycle from initial site reconnaissance and site control to permitting and interconnection.

Responsible for evaluating wind and solar sites to ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. This includes developing quality assurance procedures, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with operations teams to implement corrective actions.
