Operate and maintain SAP HANA and ECC landscapes, including backups, recovery, restarts, patching, certificates, user access, and system documentation. Lead SAP upgrades, installations, and cloud migrations while supporting BTP services, integrations, compliance requirements, and regional business teams.
Manage and support mission-critical SQL Server and other enterprise databases, including performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, monitoring, backup, recovery, and high availability and disaster recovery. Provide production support and troubleshooting, while supporting data warehousing workloads and database security and compliance.
Configure Stripe products, billing, invoicing, tax, webhooks, and security settings, and develop integrations that transfer payment and invoice data to Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Indirect Tax and eInvoicing. Design, test, document, and maintain reliable integration services while collaborating with business, compliance, engineering, and QA teams.
