The Digital Operations Specialist will manage the company's tech stack, facilitate software procurement, and drive user adoption of internal tools. They will also provide technical support, maintain data governance, and lead AI-related initiatives within the organization.

You will build client-specific solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Flow, and Lightning Web Components while managing integrations and data migrations. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to clients and staff, document user instructions, and contribute to the development of new products.

Provide administrative support to the sales team by managing records, scheduling meetings, and preparing slide decks and proposals. Assist with lead qualification, outbound prospecting, and nurturing early-stage leads to maintain a smooth sales cycle.
