The HR Specialist will provide professional Federal human resources support across multiple functional areas including staffing, classification, and employee relations. They will process personnel actions, maintain records, and ensure compliance with Federal laws and OPM regulations.
The HR Specialist will perform complex Federal position classification work, including reviewing and developing position descriptions and conducting job analyses. They will also provide technical guidance to HR specialists and management while ensuring all classification determinations comply with OPM standards and Federal regulations.
