Own the top of the funnel for European expansion by identifying and qualifying high-potential accounts across FSI, Banking, and Crypto sectors. Execute multi-channel outreach strategies and collaborate with Account Executives to accelerate deals and optimize revenue workflows.

This role involves contributing to core global functions such as Engineering, Product, Design, Operations, Marketing, or Business. Responsibilities include leading or contributing to cross-border initiatives and building systems that connect the Korean tech ecosystem to the global one, shaping digital identity infrastructure.

The Operations Manager will optimize and systematize the operations of the South Korean entity within Hopae's global organization. Key tasks include financial operations, HR management, investor relations, and process improvement.
