The Onboarding Guide acts as the primary point of contact for families referred to Hera, managing the entire enrollment process from initial outreach to the first appointment. This role involves coordinating care, verifying insurance, assisting with documentation, and streamlining intake workflows to ensure a seamless experience for families.

The Clinical MD will conduct comprehensive telehealth assessments for newly enrolled Medicare clients, establishing the clinical foundation by synthesizing complex medical and social histories. These assessments identify clinical priorities that directly inform the ongoing care coordination strategies executed by the dedicated care management team (Heroes).
