Manage all incoming guest communications across multiple channels while representing the brand with professional service. Facilitate issue resolution, perform guest screening, and actively close new reservations to meet revenue goals.

The accountant will manage bank reconciliations, revenue recording, and accounts payable/receivable functions. They will also assist with financial reporting, balance sheet maintenance, and general ledger upkeep.

Collaborate with design and construction departments to source materials, fixtures, and furniture for various hospitality and residential projects. Manage design drawings, project budgets, and the maintenance of a construction finish library.

The Associate Dispatcher oversees ticket completion related to repairs and maintenance, determining priorities and generating routes. They also act as a shift supervisor, providing real-time direction and support to the Property Operations team.
