The Senior Manager of Real Estate develops and executes comprehensive strategies for title and real estate matters across US renewable energy projects. Key duties include managing title insurance, reviewing ALTA surveys, and handling lease and easement negotiations.

Lead power marketing and origination activities for utility-scale solar and storage projects across the East region of North America. Manage the regional team to identify, structure, and execute offtake agreements and strategic partnerships with utilities and corporate buyers.

Manage all technical aspects of generation project interconnection and development to derisk projects and increase value. Provide engineering guidance to development teams and oversee external consultants for system design and utility compliance.

The OE Manager establishes and executes operational excellence functions, focusing on cross-functional coordination and independent validation across the project lifecycle. This includes monitoring Stage-Gate compliance, tracking long-lead items, and providing executive-level reporting to the COO organization.

The Senior Manager will lead the financing of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects by identifying investors and executing capital raises. They will also manage financial modeling, project sell-down transactions, and collaborate with development teams to maximize project returns.
