Manage all technical aspects of generation project interconnection and development for solar and BESS projects. Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams to ensure accurate engineering deliverables and utility compliance.

The OE Manager establishes and executes operational excellence functions, focusing on cross-functional coordination and independent validation across the project lifecycle. This includes monitoring Stage-Gate compliance, tracking long-lead items, and providing executive-level reporting to the COO organization.

Manage the lifecycle of Power Purchase Agreements and Interconnection Agreements for utility-scale renewable energy projects. Coordinate with legal, finance, and development teams to ensure contract compliance, milestone achievement, and risk mitigation.

The Analyst provides operational, financial, and commercial oversight for utility-scale solar PV and battery energy storage assets. Key duties include performance analysis, KPI reporting, and supporting financial planning and budgeting processes.

The Senior Manager will lead the financing of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects by identifying investors and executing capital raises. They will also manage financial modeling, project sell-down transactions, and collaborate with development teams to maximize project returns.
