The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving direct sales activities, providing product support, and conducting training for end-users within the assigned territory. Responsible for supporting the installed base of Hamilton Medical products and conducting application and product training in the region. The role involves identifying new customers, managing territory growth, and implementing a train-the-trainer concept for partners and key users.

Lead technical support project groups and oversee activities in the CIS region to ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Support and certify global partner engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support commercial activities.
