Lead new client implementations on the isolved HCM platform from kickoff through go-live and stabilization. Configure system solutions, manage project timelines, and provide training to ensure a seamless transition of payroll and HR processes.

The specialist will manage the full lifecycle of employee leaves and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Additionally, they will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of leave management software like AbsenceSoft for clients.
