The Staffing Specialist will provide strategic consulting on federal qualification requirements and manage the end-to-end recruitment and placement process. Responsibilities include conducting job analysis, drafting announcements, reviewing military documentation, and ensuring adherence to OPM staffing regulations.

The role involves representing the agency in labor relations arbitrations and handling grievance cases from strategy to post-hearing briefs. It also requires providing strategic labor relations advice to agency leadership and interpreting collective bargaining agreements.

Oversee all aspects of contract performance, staffing, and service delivery as the single point of contact for federal HR operations. Manage milestones, budgets, risk, and quality assurance while coordinating closely with Government CORs and program leadership.

The role involves providing workforce analytics and statistical analysis for a federal agency, requiring the candidate to perform assigned duties based on their expertise. This includes applying advanced data visualization and workforce planning knowledge to support agency operations.

The specialist will apply advanced expertise across the full range of federal HR areas, including staffing, compensation, and employee relations, supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and ICE. Key duties involve researching and writing HR policies, developing SOPs, streamlining workflows, designing reports using agency databases, and conducting various workforce studies.
