The Director of Legal Affairs serves as the principal legal advisor, providing strategic counsel on governance, compliance, and operations across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves managing a global network of legal advisors and ensuring the organization's architecture protects its mission and manages reputational risk.

Develop and execute an integrated fundraising strategy to secure high-value gifts from foundations, governments, and individual philanthropists. Lead the development of transformational proposals and supervise the Associate Director of Institutional Giving.

The Associate Director will design and implement strategies to meet annual revenue targets through the management of government and foundation donor relationships. They will lead the development of grant proposals and coordinate donor reporting across various internal teams.

The selected partner will be responsible for providing top-notch, multi-lingual customer service for complex international travel bookings, treating the client's travel spend with a proactive culture of service. This includes timely and detailed reporting to support expense reporting and audit compliance for an organization with approximately $1 million in annual travel spending, over 90% of which is international.
