Design, build, and maintain cloud-native microservices in Go to support a high-scale, real-time payments platform. Take full ownership of services throughout the entire lifecycle, including deployment, production support, and operational excellence.

You will create and maintain high-quality API and technical documentation while leading knowledge management projects using AI tools. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure documentation remains accurate and user-friendly.

The role involves contributing to feature development, system design, and testing for US gateway products built around real-time payment schemes like FedNow or TCH RTP. Responsibilities also include managing and enhancing infrastructure and supporting daily product operations, including participation in the on-call rotation.

This role involves acting as a product expert for the Zelle gateway build, collaborating with Engineering teams to shape and prioritize the backlog for Form3's Zelle features. Key duties include supporting end-to-end delivery of Zelle payments products, translating product vision into actionable requirements, and taking ownership of tasks like writing user stories and defining specifications.

As an Account Executive, you will identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in the Banking, FinTech, and Financial Services industries. You will lead complex sales cycles and collaborate with various teams to deliver value to customers.

Lead and mentor a team of Finance Business Partners while driving financial forecasting and performance review cycles. Present financial insights to the Executive team and contribute to fundraising activities.
