The specialist acts as a compassionate advocate for veterans, guiding them through the process of obtaining and submitting their VA Rating Decision Letters. They are responsible for updating client profiles in the CRM and ensuring a smooth workflow transition to the review and billing teams.

The HR Generalist supports the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, and performance management. They serve as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and help scale HR processes for a growing remote organization.

The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire top talent to support company growth. Key duties include sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, and coordinating the end-to-end hiring process.

Manage inbound and outbound intake calls to qualify disabled veterans and verify their eligibility for VA disability compensation. Educate veterans on available resources and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
