The Accounts Receivable Specialist will manage the complete client invoicing and payment application process in a high-volume environment. This role involves reconciling ACH receipts, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records within Zoho Books.

The Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire top talent to support company growth. Key duties include sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, and coordinating the end-to-end hiring process.

Manage inbound and outbound intake calls to qualify disabled veterans and verify their eligibility for VA disability compensation. Educate veterans on available resources and maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
