Fluxx

Lead the architecture and implementation of large, cross-cutting initiatives on a grantmaking SaaS platform. This hands-on role involves writing high-quality code, mentoring engineers, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive technical direction.

Lead the implementation of the Fluxx platform by acting as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for clients. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from planning and discovery to execution, quality control, and reporting.

Manage the end-to-end implementation of Fluxx software for multiple customers, translating business needs into technical configurations. This includes overseeing data migrations, maintaining project timelines, and educating customers on platform features.

You will design, build, and maintain fullstack features across the Grantseeker Pro platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact user experiences. Additionally, you will contribute to system architecture, mentor other engineers, and improve development standards to ensure product quality and scalability.
