The QA Analyst will test and validate Salesforce-based environmental health applications, including inspections, permits, and complaint tracking. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects, verify integrations, and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce ecosystem.

You will lead development efforts on complex Salesforce implementations and mentor junior developers while contributing to the technical roadmap. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate public health requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

You will design, build, and maintain complex API and integration architectures while providing technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team. You will also collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure reliable data movement across systems that support public health operations.

Design, build, and maintain MuleSoft integrations across API-led layers while leading integration architecture discussions. Mentor junior developers and coach client teams to adopt sound API-led design patterns within a SAFe Agile environment.

Facilitate scrum ceremonies and coach teams within a SAFe framework to drive agile delivery. Act as a bridge between technical teams and public health stakeholders using subject matter expertise.
