The Customs Associate is responsible for creating and submitting customs entries while ensuring all documentation complies with CBSA and PGA requirements. They will also provide exceptional customer service to clients to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the clearance process.
Drive complex, high-value enterprise deals and establish long-term strategic partnerships with large customers. Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from strategic discovery and solution design to commercial negotiation and onboarding.
The Associate will be responsible for setting up and executing the end-to-end movement of shipments within a regional network, coordinating multimodal supply chain operations daily with a focus on quality and on-time performance. They will also act as the front line for ensuring high standards, handling escalations, and supporting team performance improvement through data quality and timeliness.
