Develop comprehensive course content, including assessments, rubrics, and learning resources, while applying Indigenous and adult learning principles. Collaborate with the FNTI team to ensure curriculum alignment with program outcomes and teaching philosophies.

The Faculty Member is responsible for teaching, knowledge dissemination, providing cultural support to learners, and contributing to administration, coordination, research, and community engagement, while privileging Indigenous Knowledge in all aspects of program delivery. This includes preparing and delivering courses, assessing learner performance, facilitating cultural protocols, and offering ongoing learner support throughout the course cycle.
