Act as the primary technical voice for Eye Security in the DACH region by representing the company at conferences, webinars, and partner events. Translate complex cybersecurity threats into compelling content to establish the company as a trusted authority in MDR.

Build and expand the Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner network in Germany by identifying and onboarding new partners. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute joint go-to-market initiatives and foster long-term trust-based relationships.

Responsible for building and managing a partner and sales network from scratch, focusing on security-oriented Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This includes identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to execute business plans.

Manage the full sales cycle from acquisition to closing, acting as the primary contact for end customers and partners. Build and maintain the sales pipeline while collaborating with product and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.

Manage a strategic customer portfolio to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention. Act as the voice of the customer to influence product improvements and identify growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

The role involves strategically managing the Central Germany market, owning the full sales cycle from discovery to closing, and acting as the primary contact for partners to ensure deal progression. Responsibilities also include building pipeline creation processes, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and collaborating with Product and Marketing teams.
