They facilitate workshops, monitor student performance data, and collaborate with faculty to reinforce academic expectations and remediation practices.

They will conduct outreach through site visits, webinars, and presentations while supporting prospective students through the admissions and degree selection process.
The Report Developer designs, develops, and maintains BI solutions and reports using Ellucian Banner to support university stakeholders. This includes creating PL/SQL and T-SQL procedures and maintaining the underlying data architecture.
Responsible for the administration, optimization, and security of the Banner student information system and its integrated SaaS ecosystem. The role involves managing system configurations, security roles, and integrations to ensure stable and reliable institutional operations.
