Oversees the daily operations of inpatient coding functions, ensuring timely and compliant entry of ICD-10 codes. Manages coding staff, develops internal policies, and conducts quality audits to optimize reimbursement and regulatory compliance.
The analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and monitoring Epic revenue cycle applications to resolve system needs and enhance processes. They develop functional specifications, operational process flows, and performance metrics to support revenue cycle operations.
The analyst assesses business needs, documents objectives, and serves as the Workday ERP subject matter expert, supporting system design, configuration, implementation, and optimization for data integrity and user experience. Essential duties include configuring business processes, security, reports, EIBs, troubleshooting complex issues, and mentoring junior staff.
